As the Vice President, BPO Operations, Eric implements various software solutions, provides PMO services, deploys industry best business processes, leads merger and acquisition projects, divestiture data integration projects, and develops Business Intelligence solutions. Eric’s approach to management involves being transparent with his clients by promoting open communication amongst his team. He focuses on fostering client relationships and building an uplifting work environment.
Eric Shing is a Vice President, BPO Operations at EAG and has been a part of EAG since 2014. Eric started at EAG as a Consultant where he worked on several Data Conversion and System Implementation projects. Eric brings drive and positivity to any challenge thrown his way, and delivers successful projects, builds solid and collaborative teams, and exceeds clients’ expectations – all while having fun in the process. Eric has a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Texas in Austin, McCombs School of Business.
Prior to joining EAG, Eric worked for Quorum Business Solutions as a consultant on the Business Intelligence team, where he worked with clients to develop custom reports, developed the data warehouse, and supported with Software Implementations. Additionally, he worked for DCP Midstream, where he supported the Commercial Operations Division, triaged applications, and supported Data Conversion projects.
Eric enjoys traveling the world, and his favorite vacation destination are: Japan, Turks and Caicos, and Moorea. He also loves to spend time with his daughter and wife, and enjoys cooking for the family. He and his wife have a love for good food, especially Vietnamese-style crawfish. Eric is a sports enthusiast and an Astros fanatic. You can regularly find him at Minute Maid or yelling at the umpire from the seat of his couch.
