What’s the best thing about your job?

Every day is a challenge to meet.  There are problems to solve and solutions to create.  Time is always at a premium; this keeps me on my toes. I get to work with a variety of interesting people with different perspectives and experiences.

What do you find the most challenging at EAG and how has it developed your career so far?

We take on difficult projects with short times to meet our clients’ needs, this has expanded my active listening skills to identify client requirements and focus to help them achieve their goals.

Exciting accomplishments on your projects.

Implementing systems for companies getting started from scratch; being the one of first people landing on the moon and coming back in the space shuttle.

What advice do you have for prospective candidates that want to join EAG?

There is always something new that will be learned on any project which carries over into your next project. These experiences grow your career in ways you never thought possible.

What do you like to do in your free time? Any favorite places you like to visit?

I like to go camping and hiking otherwise spend time with family that do not live close by. We particularly enjoy the mountains of New Mexico, hot air ballooning in Taos, hiking the trails in Big Bend and west Texas.

What’s something most people don’t know about you?

I love to travel and especially enjoy fly-fishing on the AuSable river in Michigan.

What music gets you through the day?

I find that Flamenco really picks me up or classical Guitar for concentration.

How do you define success?

Happy and satisfied clients – Project completed on time (on budget – of course) and our clients asking us to come back and do more.
