What are 3 words you would use to describe EAG?
What’s been one of your proudest moments working at EAG? Seeing our growth over the last four years. The way we all pull together and how proud and invested we all are for the success of our clients and EAG.
What advice do you have for prospective candidates that want to join EAG?
If you are willing to learn and ask for help you can be successful. The culture we have is to encourage collaboration and learning. Without a doubt some of your past experiences can be used in what we do.
What’s one thing – either industry-related or not – you learned in the last month?
That the Astros offense has life.
What do you like to do in your free time? Any favorite places you like to visit?
Hang out with the family and the kids sports we are involved in. At this time of year, I do like to visit a local establishment outside enjoy the weather and have a drink with my wife.
Tell us something that might surprise us about you.
I have a baseball obsession.
How do you balance your career and family?
It’s hard to do, I try my best to shut it off at certain times. It has become harder during COVID, so I make a point to shut down the computer to try and shut down in the evenings. If I need to get back on later in the night, I will do so when everyone is in bed.
Who or what inspires you and why?
My wife. Until recently, I traveled 100%, my routine was easy. With me not home, she would have to work, run errands, shuffle the kids around and keep the family going. They way she balances her time and is available to help us all is something I try to emulate.
