EAG Services Starts New Business Process Assessment, Software Selection and Roadmap Project

HOUSTON, TX – June 23, 2016 – EAG Services, a Houston based Oil and Gas consulting firm, today announces our engagement with a Dallas based independent energy company engaged in exploration, development and production of US Onshore resource plays.  EAG has been asked to manage and conduct a business process assessment, software evaluation, peer review and an implementation roadmap for the companies Accounting, Land, Division Order, Production Management, Gas Balancing and Master Data systems and processes.
The goal of the project is to prepare the client for future growth. The roadmap will provide streamlined processes and system optimization opportunities that the client can execute against over the next eighteen to twenty-four months.
The project started in May with the recommendation being delivered in July.

EAG Services scope of work for this engagement includes:

• Overall Project Management and Business Analyst support.
• Process and system assessment analysis.
• Gap identification and a business requirements listing including internal control, integration and reporting requirements.
• Review and assessment of the systems utilized by peer companies.
• Current state application portfolio documentation.
• Software selection recommendation for land and accounting.
• Roadmap demonstrating timing of implementations, dependencies and total cost of ownership.
