EAG Services SAP PRA Implementation Project

HOUSTON, TX – August 2016 – EAG Services, a Houston based Oil and Gas consulting firm, today announces our engagement in a software implementation project with a leading independent crude oil and natural gas exploration and production company. After conducting a proof of concept evaluation of SAP PRA, the client concluded that PRA was best suited to support their business requirements. For this engagement, EAG has been asked to provide a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to assist in the design, process definition, testing, training and cutover activities related to the implementation.
The following activities are in scope for this engagement:

• Working with the client’s project manager to support all implementation activities
• Managing business process design, process documentation, test script creation, data conversion, data cleansing, user acceptance testing and cutover activities
• Providing subject matter expertise to client resources regarding Division Order, Monthly Production Accounting and Reporting, Revenue Accounting and Reporting, Gas Balancing, Tax and Regulatory Reporting processes and best practices
• Documenting issues, risks and system defects
• Designing and gathering requirements for reports and interfaces

The EAG team, which has successfully completed prior engagements with this client, is excited to begin this implementation work. A project start date is targeted for later this month.
