EAG Services is Executing a Quorum Build Project

HOUSTON, TX – August 2016– EAG Services, a Houston based Oil and Gas consulting firm, announces a new project executing a Quorum Build project. The client company headquartered in Denver, Colorado, wants to ensure the build goes smoothly and requires a detailed execution plan, quality test scripts, extensive testing and ongoing management and resolution of all improvement requests related to the build. Due to the strict timeline and resource availability, the company has asked EAG Services to develop detailed test scripts and manage the build process.
The objective of this project is to leverage EAG’s existing knowledge and collateral from previous Quorum build projects to quickly and effectively test and migrate the build into the company’s production environment.
The project scope includes:

• Planning, coordinating and managing all activities and deliverables for the engagement
• Managing the Quorum build and patch activities
• Developing test scripts
• Document test scenarios to ensure that all functionality is tested
• Document test results
• Track and coordinate with Quorum to resolve all build related improvement requests
