EAG Services Completes a Production Management Assessment

HOUSTON, TX – February 2017 – EAG Services, a Houston based Oil and Gas consulting firm, today announces a successfully completed project with a Houston based company that is active in the key phases of the E&P value chain.  EAG Services has worked closely with this client on past assessments and was engaged to complete a Production Management Assessment.  The project timeline was expedited given that EAG has extensive experience with E&P Production Management Systems, and EAG has recently conducted similar assessments.
The client requested EAG’s assistance to conduct a high-level assessment of the following:

• Production Management solutions utilized by the client’s peers
• Production Management business requirements
• Technical and functional gaps within the existing solution

EAG was pleased to complete this assessment within a three-week time period, and we are looking forward to a continued engagement with this client.
