EAG Services Begins New Back Office Implementation

HOUSTON, TX –March 2017– EAG Services, a Houston based Oil and Gas consulting firm, announces our engagement with a newly formed E&P Operating company with recently acquired assets in the Barnett Shale.   EAG and our client will work together to implement the necessary back office solutions in order to manage the acquired assets.  The EAG team was selected for this project due to our extensive experience managing, coordinating and actively participating in numerous acquisition engagements for Upstream Oil and Gas companies.
EAG has been asked to assist in the following:

• Manage all activities associated with the back-office application implementation
• Coordinate implementation and integration activities across all vendors involved in the back-office implementation, including but not limited to:
  • P2 Energy Solutions
  • Welland
  • Oildex
  • Energy Navigator
  • Data Exchange Vendor
• Coordinate with third parties to ensure that all touchpoints between the back office and operational processes and systems are appropriately addressed.
• Actively participate in all implementation phases for the following applications by providing business analysis and technical expertise:
  • P2 Bolo
  • P2 Merrick
  • P2 Reporting

The implementation is scheduled to begin later this month.  EAG Services is looking forward to working closely with our client to manage and deliver a successful back office implementation.
