EAG Completes a Business Assessment and Implementation Planning Project
EAG Services completes an ERP and Land Business Assessment and Implementation Planning Project for an independent E&P company focused on the development of natural resources in the Julesburg Basin in Colorado, and the Permian Basin in West Texas. The EAG team’s involvement encompassed several key outcomes including a current state business process assessment, future state business process definition, and fit for purpose verification of the selected software applications. Additionally, the team provided best practice recommendations around reporting and integration strategies, implementation methodology, timeline, resourcing, and overall project governance. The scope of applications included SAP’s FICO and PRA modules, and Quorum’s myQuorum Land Management.
During the engagement, EAG’s Organizational Change Management (OCM) team assisted the client’s Tactical and PMO teams to design, develop, and deliver key OCM deliverables such as newsletters, ad-hoc communications, and corporate townhalls.
At the end of the project, the client was extremely appreciative of EAG’s ability to keep the project moving forward. As a result, EAG was selected to take an active role in the Land Management and OCM Implementation phases.
