  • Insurance: EAG offers  comprehensive medical, dental and vision coverage plans.
  • Financial Wellness:
    • 401(k) and Roth 401(k): EAG employees are eligible to save for the future by participating in a 401k plan.  EAG will match an employee’s contribution $.50 for each dollar up to 6%.  Employees are fully vested in the employer matching contribution after three years.
    • Bonus Potential: EAG may elect to pay semi-annual bonuses based on individual and company performances.

  • Quality of Life:
    • Paid Time Off (PTO) – Each employee is provided with a paid time off (PTO) bank of days that ranges from 15 to 30 days depending on level and years of service to EAG.  These days can be used at the employee’s discretion for vacation, sick time, personal time off, doctor’s appointments, etc.
    • Company Holidays – EAG recognizes 10 paid holidays per year
    • Maternity/Paternity Leave
    • Health and Fitness Allowance can be used to pay for fitness related activities or items.
