Description of the Course
The course is day and a half overview of the upstream end-to-end process. The instructor engages the learners with:
- Interactive discussions which include business drivers and strategies that trigger exploration and/or production moves
- Descriptions of the major processes associated with each phase
- Reviews of process steps, major disciplines involved, and general success factors
- Industry examples and stories to aid understanding of the concepts taught
- Summary of key concepts at the end of each phase
- Brief quizzes to illustrate decision points
