Description of the Course
The course is day and a half overview of the upstream end-to-end process.  The instructor engages the learners with:

• Interactive discussions which include business drivers and strategies that trigger exploration and/or production moves
• Descriptions of the major processes associated with each phase
• Reviews of process steps, major disciplines involved, and general success factors
• Industry examples and stories to aid understanding of the concepts taught
• Summary of key concepts at the end of each phase
• Brief quizzes to illustrate decision points
