Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
Works with EAG personnel, clients and/or other third parties to provide consulting services. While services may vary, they are generally associated with conducting assessments or implementing solutions and involve the following general duties.
- Leads engagements within one or more of the services lines.
- Actively manage relationship with clients.
- Ensure that a combined client/EAGS management structure is in place for the engagement.
- Identified new consulting opportunities.
- Participates in all aspects of the proposal process.
- Define project scope, activities and timeline.
- Determines resource requirements for engagement.
- Develop practical, cost effective recommendations.
- Facilitate the decision process and development of an action plan.
- Ensures that all audit requirements related to engagement are completed, documented and transitioned to clients.
- Manages transition of new solutions to client.
- Participates in quality assurance activities under Director leadership.
- Other duties as assigned.
In addition, manager is required to lead internal EAGS initiatives such as creating and presenting proposals, recruiting, developing offerings, mentoring and personal skill development.
Management Responsibilities
This job requires the overall management of EAGS, client or third party resources during complex engagements under leadership of director. A project manager is also expected to set quality and deadline expectations, monitor progress and performance, review work, and provide feedback.
