Essential Duties and Responsibilities for a director include the following.
These duties will be split across directors.

Actively participates in the growth of new service lines, in the development of sales opportunities or the management of existing services lines:

• Manage service line recruiting and performance evaluation process
• Manage service line quality assurance program
• Manages proposal process for new engagements
• Manage internal training program
• Manages internal administrative activities
• Develops new service lines
• Other duties as assigned

Management Responsibilities

This is a leadership position and requires the management of internal EAGS resources, specialists, project managers and managers.
