Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

Works with EAG personnel, clients and/or other third parties to provide consulting services.  While services may vary, they are generally associated with conducting assessments or implementing solutions and involve the following general duties.

• Identify and define problems.
• Develop practical, cost effective recommendations. 
• Facilitate the decision process and development of an action plan.
• Execute specific tasks to deliver on an action plan.
• Manage the process to execute the required work.
• Complete the assignment in terms of securing sign-off, conducting a review and/or other concluding tasks.
• Other duties as assigned.

In addition, consultant is required to participate and support internal EAGS initiatives such as recruiting, developing offerings, mentoring and personal skill development.

Management Responsibilities                                              

This job has no management responsibilities.  However, responsibilities may require supervision or oversight of EAGS, client or other third party personnel activities and include setting quality and deadline expectations, monitoring progress and performance, reviewing work, and providing feedback.
