EAG Services is a Houston-based management consulting firm that focuses on serving the Upstream Energy market. We are a small but growing company looking for consultants with three or more years of consulting experience.  Having experience in the Upstream Energy market in either oil & gas accounting, land management, field data capture or production administration is desirable but not required. EAG Services offers competitive salaries that are based on both experience and industry acumen. We also provide both industry and methodology training to new employees.

Join the emerging leader in Upstream Oil and Gas consulting and help our clients enhance their operations; utilize emerging technology; implement leading-edge enterprise software; and recommend streamlining measures.

All applicants must be willing to travel 80% of each week.   Travel involves leaving for the client site on Monday morning, returning Thursday evening and telecommuting or working from our office in Houston on Friday.

We are currently interviewing applicants for Consultant and Analyst positions.

Qualifications

• Analyzes complex functions, procedures, and problems to find creative, logical, and effective solutions.
• Understands client needs, identifies root causes of problems, and develops and implements creative and pragmatic solutions.
• Able to travel every week.
• Understands technology based on  real-world experience in a variety of settings.
• Encourages open communication by listening attentively and actively. Seeks to fully understand information from many points of view.
• Makes compelling presentations to a variety of audiences using visual aids, slide shows, and other media.  Able to present complex technical information to a non-technical audience.
• Writes powerfully and persuasively using various styles and effectively addresses different needs and audiences.
• Assists in the development of innovative ideas, advancements, and solutions.
• Ability to manage complexities and competing priorities.
• Experience converting and moving large quantities of data from legacy applications to new applications.
• Experience maintaining database records, including entering, updating, correcting, and purging records.
• Bachelors or Masters degree
